Geoff and Dianne Woodhouse

We were lucky enough to witness the sealing of Dean's sister Dianne to her hubby Goeff. We're so happy for them and excited to have Geoff join the family. They were married in the Washington DC Temple and then had a luncheon at the Blair Mansion, which happens to be the same place Dean's parents had theirs! It was an awesome day and it was so nice to be together with the entire family. Congrats Geoff and Dianne!

At the wedding dinner the night before where we met Geoff's family for the first time

Tanner got the entire Queen bed to himself and he was pretty happy about it! I tried to lay next to him while he went to sleep and he told me to get out of his bed! Ha!

Rachel and I were lucky enough to be in on the pre-wedding excitement to help Dianne with her hair. She looked BEAUTIFUL!

Tanner loves his Aunt Dianne....SO cute!

Twinner cousins...Tanner and Hyrum. We didn't even plan these outfits but they matched SO well!

"We're pretending we're getting married Mom!" Never mind the fact that they're first cousins and she's 4 years older than him! Ha! At least it was at the Temple. ;)

Check out that smile!

Thanks Uncle Eric for your photography skills! Too bad Tanner and Landon weren't more cooperative.

At the luncheon there was a nice little program. Janna wrote Geoff and Dianne a poem and made a sculpture of them as well.

The brothers sang, "I Will" by the Beatles

Mom and Dad sang "Grow Old Along With Me" and I didn't get a picture but Kaitlyn and Leah performed "Something's Missing"

SO behind...4th of July

Well I realize this is a bit late, but we've had some seriously CRAZY couple of weeks around here, which has messed up my blogging groove. We had a great 4th of July week. Grant and Rachel came into town and Grant's friend Drew joined us too. We played games, swam in the pool, ate WAY too much food, went to a fireworks show and did some fireworks of our own. We LOVED having them in town. Landon latched on to Grant and followed him EVERYWHERE. Then Dianne and Eric showed up later that week for the big wedding (huge post to come!) Here's a bunch of pictures of our week...

Roasting marshmallows for some Smores!

Doesn't get much better than that!

Shooting off some Roman Candles with Uncle Grant

We had TONS of fun with sparklers!

Grant and Rachel...cute huh!?

Enjoying the pool on a hot afternoon

Tanner and Uncle Grant playing the player piano

Grant, Drew (Uncle Eric in disguise if you're Tanner), Tanner, and Rachel playing a mean game of Bocce.

The winning Cranium team...Landon was a big help! ;)

Tanner had a little too much fun with the Cranium clay! Ha!

Tanner sporting his flag shirt I made.

And a matching shirt for Landon

Waiting for the fireworks to start

Proof that Landon's ALWAYS eating something.

If there's food around he'll find it! And then stuff his face!

Watching the fireworks with Aunt Rachel and Uncle Grant

Glow sticks, fireworks, and Dad's lap. Doesn't get much better than that!

Watching the fireworks with Grandma and Grandpa

The whole festive family on the 4th

And we had to get in a little DDR.

Everyone joined in on the fun.

We even convinced Grandpa to join in!

Dad's little helper...

Since Dean's out of school for the summer he's been around a lot more and we've been doing our best to finish up some projects around here. Every project could use a little helper right?! Tanner's always more than willing to "help"! Ha!

Helping screw in some screws.

Of course a helper needs a little helper too! Landon has to do whatever Tanner's doing!

Tanner handed Dean the screws and said, "Dad, I'm your supplier!" Dean and I both laughed and told him not to say that to people when he's in high school.

And Dean's starting him young fixing the car.

Practically a professional.

He even found my gloves to be just like Dad!
